Participants will use a variety of weights (barbells/dumbbells) to increase muscular strength and high-intensity interval training to improve overall cardiovascular fitness. These classes are perfect for those wanting to get a workout in during their lunch break.

Coffee and Cardio is a 60-minute class that consists of stair climbing, hill running and body weight exercises. Feel free to stick around afterward & join us at Monks for some refreshing drinks in the company of those you just worked up a sweat with. All levels are welcome.
