24/7 access to video workouts ALL MONTH which can be done AT HOME or ANYWHERE at ANYTIME! Every Tuesday receive a video that will take you through 20-40 minutes of total body conditioning. Thursdays you get a 30-minute Tabata workout. You also receive weekly challenges to do throughout the day and recipes to try at home.
